The left of the green is hilly depending on your luck the ball could kick into the green. The apron in front of the green is relatively damp that could stop a ball dead on the spot. The two tears green could give seasonal golfer a bit of a problem, the front part of the green is soft but from the center of the green is hard making it difficult to land on the green with out rolling pass the green and ending up on the rough.
