Hole 2.

Relatively flat par 3, the green is about 180 meter from the t-box. To the left is wooden area with big trees to slow down those right handed golfer when they hook the ball. To the right of the green there are two sand traps you have to watch out for. Small water drainage run across the back of the green that will give problem when you over shoot the green. The left of the green is hilly depending on your luck the ball could kick into the green. The apron in front of the green is relatively damp that could stop a ball dead on the spot. The two tears green could give seasonal golfer a bit of a problem, the front part of the green is soft but from the center of the green is hard making it difficult to land on the green with out rolling pass the green and ending up on the rough.

Cilangkap Golf Course (Padang Golf Cilangkap)

Cilangkap Golf Course (Padang Golf Cilangkap) is located just behind Indonesian Military base (Mabes). It is an 18 holes golf course with it own blend of difficulties.

Hole 1.
Par 5 with 90 deg. Dog leg left. The fairway viewed for tee is relatively flat and widen with a bunker a head to trap any one who drive the ball with great distance. If you manage to place your tee shot with a clear view of the pin, your second shoot would be a challenging one with a sand trap in front of the green and the back of the green. The green is considered small with hard surface and the surrounding apron that will kick you ball back.

Most of the golf courses are semi private so you can play even if you are not a member. Of course member gets priority. The green-fees are categories; week-end and week-day, members, non-members (guest). You can find courses with green-fee ranging from Rp.180.000 to Rp.1.500.000,- per round.
